This will be catered towards building confidence in an urban setting. It is especially beneficial to developing puppies, dogs with some fear issues, and dogs who need exposure to a variety of settings, sounds, and other living creatures.
Looking to expand your trail skills? We’ll be covering everything from trail etiquette to gear and everything in between. This hike will be on-leash. Dogs of all temperaments, ages, breeds, and sizes are welcome.
Each week we will have a guided, educational pack hike at various local trails in Central Massachusetts. You’ll learn everything you need to know about hiking with your dog, from gear to trail skills to navigation, and everything in between.
In this class you will be learn the basics of doing scent searches with your dog for fun! We will be covering how to prepare scent tins, how to hide odor, how to teach an alert behavior, and how odor behaves in various environments.
